Services
-
A fractional CTO gives a nonprofit senior technology leadership part-time, without the cost of a full-time hire. At Super Tech Hero, that means owning your tech roadmap, choosing and negotiating tools, coordinating vendors, managing onboarding and offboarding, and making sure your systems support your mission. You get one trusted person who knows your whole setup.
-
A tech stack audit is a review of every tool your organization pays for and how well they work together. The result is a clear plan to cut unnecessary spend and make your tools, people and strategy grow in the same direction.
