Occasionally we can work in-person (rather than Zoom), email to ask.

Also, ask about the more cost-effective packages (with a larger quantity of hours) including 10/month, 15/month, fractional/part-time work, rolling 10/20/50/100 hours, etc. If asked in a timely fashion, all payments can be repurposed to prorate a package.

I try to be perfect, but if I made a mistake please email within 10 business days of work.

Terms and Conditions: Super Tech Hero will not be responsible for any opinions/acts of it’s clients while performing services. The ownership of any work produced under any Super Tech Hero agreement is that of the client, given that work is requested within 1 year of its production. Super Tech Hero retains the right to share the work for promotional purposes. Super Tech Hero is not responsible for, nor will it provide, software, subscriptions, internet access, nor any related digital/online accessories. Force Majeure: Failure or delay in performing obligations under this agreement due to unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, labor disputes, or acts of war will be clearly discussed and documented in writing as soon as possible, and signed by Super Tech Hero and the client to be valid. Both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resume performance once the circumstances have abated. Unless otherwise stated all Super Tech Hero purchases expire at use or 6 months from purchase date. Monthly recurring package require a 2 month notice for cancellation or reduction. If all the hours in a monthly recurring package were not used in a given month because of Super Tech Hero vacation, personal, or medical leave, you’re in luck: on a case-by-case basis, if your request is made within the given month, your balance is rolled over as prepaid hours that have a 6 month expiration.
