Business Hours are M-F 10am-6pm EST. 48 hour turnaround for responses. Work requested outside of business hours is billed at 1.5x.
Terms and Conditions: Super Tech Hero will not be responsible for any opinions/acts of it’s clients while performing services. The ownership of any work produced under any Super Tech Hero agreement is that of the client, given that work is requested within 1 year of its production. Super Tech Hero exercises reasonable care with respect to digital security but is not liable for any damages, malfunctions, data loss, or cybersecurity breaches that occur during or after services are rendered, including those arising from pre-existing vulnerabilities, third-party software, or system limitations. Super Tech Hero retains the right to share the work for promotional purposes. Super Tech Hero is not responsible for, nor will it provide, software, subscriptions, internet access, nor any related digital/online accessories. Minimum billing increment is 30 minutes. Monthly packages require a 2 month notice for cancellation or reduction. Unless otherwise stated all Super Tech Hero purchases expire at use or 6 months from purchase date.
